You can entertain your childhood friends with a tour in your fancy new apartament. They will love you and admire you for the wrong reasons.
You can also do the same thing while living in a small bedroom. Some will go away and leave you because you don't have a tv or lot of shoes. What they can grab? And this ones in the future, on your fancy apartament will be the ones who will clap louder with no shame. And they will say to others how proud they are and talk about how great is to keep up and be part of your journey.
